Every ring, the collection page states, is checked for authenticity, professionally appraised and described in full before it's listed, and the wider pre-owned jewellery line is billed on its own page as "100% geprüfte Originale", meaning fully verified originals rather than unauthenticated secondhand stock. That's exactly the kind of documentation this category rewards more than most: a specific, written claim of per-piece authentication, rather than a general house reputation you're asked to take on faith.

Shipping, returns and what isn't published

Shipping within Switzerland is free and typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment, insured up to CHF 25,000, and by default online orders only go to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. It's a good fit if you'd rather buy today at a posted price than negotiate or wait on a private appraisal, and a good fit if you're staying in Switzerland for a while and might want a ring resized or cleaned later, since that's an in-house goldsmith service rather than something outsourced. It suits you less if you're buying from outside Switzerland and need guaranteed international delivery terms settled in advance, or if you want a documented return window rather than a defects-only policy. Neither is a reason to skip the shop; both are simply questions worth putting to Stargold by WhatsApp or email before you commit, on a listing that already gives you more to check than most dealers in this category publish up front.
