Queensmith makes every ring to order in its own Hatton Garden workshop and works with both natural and lab-grown diamonds, including a carbon-neutral Grown By Queensmith line. You can build a ring with the online tool and refine it in a virtual appointment, or choose a quickship style that arrives in about a week instead of the usual longer build. Bespoke commissions take roughly four to six weeks.

There is a 40-day return policy, a lifetime warranty and free resizing. Beyond the Hatton Garden workshop the company also has a showroom in Birmingham. Swiss buyers should check shipping arrangements before ordering.
