Giselle Jewelry runs a dedicated sapphire collection from its Zurich atelier, with stones ranging from the deep royal blue most people picture to yellow, pink, and teal varieties. Each ring is made to order in Switzerland, and consultations happen by appointment at their Diamond Lounge so you can view stones in person before committing to one.

They also do diamond solitaires and combination rings where a coloured stone sits alongside a diamond border, which works well if you want the colour without giving up sparkle. The team handles the full process from stone selection to setting, and the workshop is Swiss.
